Every woman’s body works differently but some of the common symptoms of PMS are cramping, bloating, fatigue, weight gain, breast tenderness, acne and mood swings.

Yes you can! Some people report that it helps relieve cramps and discomfort. Beware that it may be messy – so be open with your partner and make sure you are both comfortable.

Can you swim while you are on your period?

Of course you can! Your period should never stop you from doing any of your normal activities. Make sure you wear some protection for leaks such as a tampon, menstrual cup or liner.
