Bra Style Guide

“The right fit can make all the difference” says Today.com. Choosing a bra style is the second most important thing after your find the correct size. With over 20 styles of bras you are guarenteed to always have the correct bra option for your occasion and wardrobe. After scouring the internet, I have found the top 10 styles your must try.

Top 10 bra styles:

1. Push-Up Bra

Women’s push-up bras add extra lift – they gently push your boobs upward and move them closer together to give you sexy cleavage. They are padded on the bottom of the bra with either foam or silicone for support and push you can love.

2. Padded Bra

A padded bra can add both volume and shape to one’s breasts and overall figure for all-day comfort. The padded cups of this bra help to prevent nipple show under shirts and fitted outfits.

3. T-Shirt Bra

The ultimate staple in your lingerie drawer is the good ‘ole t-shirt bra. This padded bra is designed for everyday comfort, that is invisible under body hugging outfits. This bra has seamless, smooth cups that do not show while gently supporting your bust.

4. Convertible Bra

One-strap, two-straps, strapless or criss-cross the convertible bra is the “all in one” bra. With a wealth of styles this bra can be used for any outfit type.

5. Strapless Bra

This bra is a must in every wardrobe. Perfect for your spaghetti strap tanks, dresses and shirts that you don’t want to show your bra straps. This bra supports the girls with underwire support that will stay in place all day.

6. Bralette

For those outfits you want to add a little lace accent, a bralette is perfect. Super comfortable and gorgeous, bralettes allow you to be cozy or sexy. Usually unlined, unpadded, and wire free so you can be stylish and comfortable. Wear as sexy lingerie or layer with your shirt.

7. Sports Bra

When you want the most out of your workout be sure to wear a sports bra. Most sports bras explain the coverage and support they give so you can chose the right one for your activity. From light, medium and high impact keeping your boobs protected from jolting movements and in place will help keep them from sagging.

8. Balconette Bra

The balconette bra is a sexier version of a full-coverage bra. With the cup cut a bit smaller to show more of the top half of the breast.

9. Demi Bra

A demi bra dips even lower than the balconette bra. Sometimes referred to as a “half-shelf” or shelf bra. Most demi bras are designed with a slight tilt that pushes the breasts towards the center to display more cleavage.

10. Stick On or Backless Bras

This type of bra is a must have for those plugging back outfits. Backless bras are usually made up of a silicone material that has a sticky adhesive that sticks to your breasts that help give support and coverage.
